About Me

I studied Reflexology at the Bayley School of Reflexology under Nicola Hall, a highly regarded name in the field, at the University of Westminster and qualified in 2001.  In 2002 I later qualified with a Holistic Therapies Diploma with the Federation of Holistic Therapies and later in Indian Head Massage.   

I practised for many years both in healthcare settings and in my own practice and took a break to raise my children and I am now returning to practice.    

I have a keen interest in health and nutrition and I am now embarking on a 3 year course in Nutritional Therapy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.  For the last three years I have set up and been running Claire’s Kitchen Twyford, with a focus on healthy, vegan and gluten free cooking as well as recipe creation and inspiration for my customer base.  Please visit my page for healthy recipe inspiration www.twyfordreflexology.com
